I am sooo excited to share with you guys my latest obsession! I recently started adding the FitnessBlender workouts to my regimen. Yay! Having done that has added great variety to my workouts. FitnessBlender has been by far the most effective free-of-cost workout videos (youtube) I have found over the internet! They have a number of videos targeting different muscle groups – upper body, lower body, cardio, HIIT, and each video is about 30 to 35 minutes long. Their workouts range from easy all the way to challenging difficulty levels, which makes it a great program for people across the board. I add some music to make working out fun!
